Service scope and fees
A service task is $50 unless an agreed package, custom quote or dispatch agreement applies. Agency, government and third-party charges are separate and confirmed before filing. Digital services and ongoing dispatch require an agreed scope.
Agency and provider decisions
Agencies decide filing approvals and processing timelines. Load availability, rates and provider decisions can change. We do not guarantee loads, rates or approvals.
Refund & Cancellation — owner input required
Refunds, cancellations, credits and no-match terms must be agreed before payment. Add the approved policy here before enabling paid services.
